Investment Planning Phase

The investment planning for the network roll-out and
development is supported in the following aspects:

& Traffic Planning: The definition of accurate investment
targets is the key to avoid over-dimensioning the network and, thus,
significantly reduce the CapEx. This goal can be accomplished by

determination of the 3D radio channel characteristics is necessary for
